In view of our order dated 25th August 2025, applicant

No.1 and respondent No.3 are present before this Court. The matter was referred for mediation and it has been settled. Respondent No.3 and applicant No.1 have confirmed the terms of settlement dated 4th April 2025 and their signatures. The only fact is that the amount of alimony which was agreed as per the terms of settlement is stated to be deposited in Petition No.663 of 2021, before the Family Court, Aurangabad. Applicant No.1 has no objection if respondent No.3 withdraws that amount. Respondent No.3 has no objection for the quashment of the FIR and the proceedings.

In view of the said settlement, entered into, through mediation, which is now marked as Exhibit-X, we pass following order:-

O R D E R

(I) The Application stands allowed.

(II) The proceedings in R.C.C. No.498 of 2024 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, arising out of the First Information Report vide Crime No.184 of 2023, registered with Police Station Harsul, Taluka and Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the Prohibition of Dowry Act

and Sections 323, 498-A, 494, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, stands quashed and set aside as against applicant Nos. 1 to 7 i.e. - 1) Yogesh Ramdas Satdive, 2) Usha Ramdas Satdive, 3) Ramdas Andrao Satdive, 4) Umesh Ramdas Satdive, 5) Shubhangi W/o Umesh Satdive, 6) Meena W/o Bharat Bankar and 7) Bharat Sonaji Bankar.

(III) Respondent No.3 to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited with the Family Court, Aurangabad in Petition No.663 of 2021.
