The petitioner may make an application to respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5. The respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 shall process the application and shall take further steps considering the judgment of this Court in the case of Janabai d/o. Himmatrao Thakur Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. reported in 2019 (6) Mh.L.J. 769. Naturally the proposal if complete in all respects shall be forwarded to the Education
