Mr. Bhalerao, learned counsel submits that after filing of present petition, further amendments have been incorporated in the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and Rules 1961 and in light of that grievance made in present petition does not survive. 3.

In view of the same, writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No cost.
