Request is made by the applicants that Second Appeal No.913/2006 be heard early for final disposal. 2.

Second appeals instituted in the year 1991 and onwards are being taken up for final hearing by this Court on every Thursday. I do not find that circumstances warrant precedence to be given to this matter over those second appeals which are pending final hearing practically for 22-24 years.

As such, this civil application is rejected. Applicant is at liberty to renew his request after 6 months.
