We have heard Mr. Shirurkar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Mr. Nerlikar, the learned AGP submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated by the Committee under its order dated 24.05.2017. The communication received by him is taken on record. 3.

In view of the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated, the prayer of the petitioner to review the order dated 17.01.2017 thereby granting reinstatement to the petitioner cannot be considered. Review application stands disposed of. No costs.
