The petitioner has moved this Court seeking following relief :- "B) Issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondent No.2, the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule to decide Change Report No.615 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of six months." 2.

Having regard to the nature of relief claimed, it would be expedient that the Assistant Charity Commissioner would proceed with Change Report referred to under prayer clause as expeditiously as possible and decide the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this order, if not already decided.
