In order to accommodate learned advocate for the respondents, the matter had been adjourned. While the matter is called out today, nobody appears for the respondent. 2.

The delay is of seven days. Learned advocate for the applicant refers to the reasons which are given in the application stating that there was mistake in calculating the delay and as such, there is delay of seven days.

Having regard to the reasons, which appear to be genuine and which do not appear to have been disputed, the civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of.
