Since the applicants are seeking amendment to the petition, their prayer is objected by the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.6 to 9, as according to her the prayer in the application changes the entire nature of the pleadings. 3.

Considering the prayer that the petition is yet to the admitted, it will be appropriate in our opinion to allow the amendment. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

We permit respondent nos.6 to 9 and other respondents to file their reply in the matter consequent to the aforesaid order of granting amendment.
