This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal forwarded to the Committee by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the mean while, employer respondent nos. 3 to 6 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner and shall also release the monthly salary receivable by the petitioner.

wp2770.17 Appropriate action, however, can be taken depending upon the decision of the Scrutiny Committee in respect of the proposal for validation of tribe certificate of the petitioner pending with the Committee.

With the directions as above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
