As the learned counsel prays for a limited relief in the nature of direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim expeditiously, the petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

Issue notice to respondents returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 6. 4.

The documents placed on record show that the claim was submitted to the Scrutiny Committee in the year 2015. Petitioner also forwarded certain representations to the authorities and the Committee, with a request for early decision on the claim. The document placed on record in the form of copy of representation

{2} wp2676.19.odt dated 08.05.2015 reveals that an order was passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9356/2014 wherein directions were given to the Committee for early decision on the claim.

In view of this fact, we dispose of the petition with direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim for validation pending before the Committee as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of service of order of this Court.
