We have heard Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jamalpurkar, learned counsel for respondent.

It appears that, the Government has approved the service Rules of the Latur Municipal Corporation employees and as per the staffing pattern therein, there is no impediment of filling in post of Municipal Secretary.

In case, full fledged Municipal Secretary is not appointed by the Corporation, then

(2) 915-ca-2733-2020 Corporation shall take steps to fill in the said post preferably within a period of four months. 4.

Writ Petition alongwith Civil Application is disposed of. No costs.
