When this court shown disinclination to entertain with the findings of the learned appellate court, on instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with permission of visitation right of the children in the court premises of the Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Latur. Accordingly, the petitioner (wife) is permitted to meet the minor children Vaishnavi and Arush on schedule of the date of hearing of Criminal Miscellaneous Application (DV) No.152 of 2019 during pendency of the proceeding.

After conclusion of the proceeding i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous Application (DV) No.152 of 2019, the petitioner (wife) is permitted to meet both children in the Grampanchyat office of village Zari

2 922 wp 305-22 (Bk), Tq. Chakur, District : Latur on every Saturday after school time is over.

The respondent / husband shall take both the minors in the Grampanchyat office of village Zari (Bk), after school time is over in between 12.30 pm.
