By the present application, the Applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 19 days caused in filing the application for restoration of petition which came to be dismissed under order dated 11.12.2024. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.103/2024 is hereby set aside and the petition is restored to its original stage. The delay, if any, is hereby condoned on the grounds set out in the application subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable on the account of Creche, Day Care Center, Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, as well as subject to removal of office objections on or before 07.03.2025.
