1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that First Appeal filed by respondent no.1 is dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 6th November, 2020. During pendency of the appeal, original claimant, namely, Vishwanath Nathrao Kendre is died. The applicants are the legal heirs of Vishnwanath Kendre. The amount is deposited by respondent no.1 before the Court of Commissioner of Workmen'

s Compensation and Judge, Labour Court at Latur, hence, requested to permit the applicants to

676.22CA withdraw the amount deposited by respondent no.1 along with accrued interest thereon.

3] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest thereon deposited by respondent no.1 in the Court of Commissioner of Workmens' Compensation and Jude, Labour Court at Latur.
