By order dated 7th January, 2023, this Court had allowed the request of learned counsel for the applicants for recall of the order dated 14th March, 2022 as against applicants No. 1 to 3. Though in paragraph No.2 of the order, this Court had permitted the applicants to amend the cause title, the words 'recall of order as against applicant No. 1 to 3 is allowed" are not typed. Hence, in paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 7th January, 2023 the following sentence by typed "order dated 14th March, 2022, whereby application against applicants No. 1 to 3 was allowed to be withdrawn is recalled.

It is also seen that in view of the settlement arrived between the parties FIR as well as criminal proceeding was quashed against all the accused persons. However, in paragraph No. 4 of order it is stated that the FIR and criminal proceedings are quashed against applicants No. 1 to 3.
