Heard. Perused impugned award. It is a death claim. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 - insurance company has strong objection. According to him, private vehicle is used for hire. The company has good case in appeal.

For the reasons given in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court under award, 50% on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar 1 / 2
