The present application is filed for review. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has not considered the prayer with regard to the other grants i.e. the grant other than the hostel rent. The same can be deposited in the account of Superintendent as per Government Resolution dt. 16.03.1998. 2.

We have considered the said aspect also and we have passed an order to the effect that the hostel rent be paid directly to

2 927RA37.2019 the lessor and the other grant shall be deposited in the account of trust and same shall be operative only after obtaining permission from the Assistant Charity Commissioner by the trustees. It is for the trustees to apply to the Assistant Charity Commissioner. In view of that, no merit in the review application.
