Learned Advocate for the original claimant submits that he has already annexed the Legal Heirs Certificate issued by Gram Panchayat certifying the name of the legal heirs of the deceased - Subhash Trimbak Tekale with the Civil application. The same suffice the purpose, hence the matter to proceed further.
