By this application, the applicants seek to condone the delay of 297 days caused in filing the application to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.4-Kashinath Brindawan Bundelkhandi and respondent no.7-Radhabai Brindawan Bundelkhandi.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) and delay of 297 days is condoned.
