The applicant / wife has filed this application to restore the Criminal Revision Application Stamp No.141 of 2019 for non compliance of the order of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that delay of 797 days was caused due to the Covid-2019 pandemic. There was no deliberate delay in filing the present application. Therefore, the application may be allowed and delay may be condoned. He also prayed that the Criminal Revision Application be restored to its original number.

Learned counsel for the respondent / husband has strongly opposed the application contending that there is an inordinate delay in filing an application to recall the order dated 21.11.2019.

Perused the application. This Court is satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the application. Accordingly, application is allowed. The order dated 21.11.2019 is recalled. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
