The petitioner / Municipal Corporation has challenged an interlocutory order dated 08/04/2004 passed by the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar by which application Exh.U-2 in Complaint (ULP) No.73/2002 has been granted. This Court, by order dated 08/12/2004 has admitted the petition and refused interim relief. 2.

None appears for the petitioner/Corporation. Learned Advocate for the respondent Union / original complainant submits that original Complaint (ULP) No.73/2002 has been disposed of by khs/MAY 2018/4461-d

the Industrial Court on 16/10/2007.

Considering the above statement, this petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed of.
