The Petitioner prays for an early disposal of Appeal No.08/2020, pending before the learned School Tribunal, Latur. 2.

We have considered the grievance of the Petitioner, which is mainly against the Management, contending that they have been delaying the matter. Written notes of submissions have also been tendered by the Petitioner.
