Applicant No.1 - Surekha has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 351 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('I.P.C.') and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default to suffer further simple imprisonment for fifteen days. Applicant No.2 - Harshada has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332 and 351 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for one month and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default to suffer further simple 1 / 2

Applicant No.3 - Kokila has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 353 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for one month and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default to suffer further simple imprisonment for fifteen days.

Considering the quantum of sentence and the fact that the appeal is not likely to be heard in near future, the execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended pending the appeal. The applicants be released on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount. 4.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
