1] The applicant has taken out this application seeking restoration of the appeal which was dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent. Perused the order dated 19.1.2018. 3] Considering the reason assigned for failure to remove the office objections within time, I am of the view that in the larger interest, the application deserves to be allowed.

4] Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [A] and [C] on condition that the applicant shall remove office objections within two weeks.
