By the present application, the applicant is seeking permission to serve notices of respondents no.1&2-B-1 to 1&2-B-4, 1&2-E, 1&2-G, 1&2-H and 1&2-I of Civil Application No. 02783 of 2018 by way of paper publication, since they are avoiding the service. It is also stated that in the past also, they were required to be served through paper publication.

Under such circumstance, issue notices to respondents no.1&2-B-1 to 1&2-B-4, 1&2-E, 1&2-G, 1&2H and 1&2-I of Civil Application No. 02783 of 2018, under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by paper publication to be published in daily "Times of India", Hyderabad Edition and if the applicant desires, additionally in daily "Masoom" also, which is published from Hyderabad, on payment of necessary charges, to be made returnable on 15th April 2019. 03.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
