Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel, waives notice for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The petitioner seeks review of order dated 19.01.2017 passed in writ petition No. 11682 of 2016. It appears that the contentions of the counsel for respective parties were not recorded when the said order was passed. The petitioner seeks direction to the effect that respondent No.2 Education Officer should decide his proposal for transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post. It is the contention that in similar circumstances, directions have been issued

rast6179.17 -2by the Court, such as in writ petition No. 989 of 2017. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, the order dated 19.01.2017 is reviewed and recalled. Instead the same is modified and passed as under:- "Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Beed shall decide the proposal dated 29.12.2015 submitted by the management seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner from unaided to aided post, on its own merits, in accordance with law considering all relevant facts, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today." 5.
