The Petitioner has put forth the following prayer clauses :- A) Call for records of the land bearing gat no. 34 and mutation entry no. 236 taken on dated 09.01.1986. C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this petition, respondent No. 01 to 04 may kindly be directed to not to create any third-party interest or not to take any undue benefits.

D) Any other suitable and equitable relief may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner has a grievance against the revenue entries and the non-inclusion of her name. She also has a grievance that the revenue authorities are not supplying certain documents to her.

In view of the above, we do not find it appropriate to exercise our Writ jurisdiction and grant an injunction. The Petitioner is at liberty to file an application under the Right to Information Act and seek the documents. If the Petitioner desires to approach the Civil Court, subject to the law of limitation, she may avail of the remedy as may be permissible in law.
