The prayer for extension is opposed by Mr Gawali, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, as according to him, the applicant -Corporation was knowing about the time frame fixed by this Court. He submits that the conduct of the applicant appears to be with an intention to protract the proceedings.
