Since the criminal Application No. 721 of 2017 is at preadmission stage and as yet notices in said application have not been issued, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 2nd March, 2017. The applicants to serve the copy of amended memo on the learned APP.
