PER COURT :- In view of the fact that the appeal has been disposed of by way of settlement in the Lok Adalat, the claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon as per the award passed by the Reference Court. The said amount be transmitted to the Executing Court at Latur so as to facilitate its withdrawal by the claimant.
