Having considered the gamut of the case put forth by the Petitioners, we do not find it appropriate to entertain the said dispute in our writ jurisdiction.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that the Petitioners made a representation (undated) which was received by the office of the District Superintendent of Land Record on 04.01.2020 and the same is still pending. He prays for consideration of the said representation.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Let respondent no.3 consider the said representation, only if he is vested with jurisdiction, and express his view on the same,
