1] Rule. Learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2 waives service. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 waives service. Heard finally by consent of the parties.

2] By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seeking direction against the respondent nos.3 and 4 to consider the claims / representations of the petitioners as per circular dated 28th June 2018 issued by the respondent no.1 for giving the postings to the petitioners as per their choices by opening / showing the posts of compulsory vacancies. These claims / representations are annexed at Exhibit-C. Learned counsel

3073.22WP for the respondent nos.3 and 4 does not dispute that the representations made by the petitioners are pending for consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that till date, the claims / representations of the petitioners have not been considered.

3] In view thereof, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are directed to consider and decide the claims / representations of the petitioners [Exhibit-C] within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall communicate decision to the petitioners within four weeks from the date of decision.

4] The petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
