Heard Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel for the applicants and and learned AGP for the respondents State.

Present civil applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing of review applications. For the reasons stated in the applications, the civil applications are allowed. Delay caused in filing the review applications is condoned. Civil applications are accordingly disposed of.

In Review Applications, both, Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel counsel for the applicants/original appellants and Mr. Phule, learned AGP appearing for the respondents State have jointly tendered consent terms/ Minutes of Order 04.05.2018. They have stated that the review applications be disposed of in terms of the Minutes of the order. Minutes of the order reads as under:

"1. Review Applications are allowed.
2. Item No.V of the operative part of the order passed by the learned District Judge-3, Beed, dated 20.04.2015 is modified and it is held that, the petitioners /appellants in respective references are entitled for interest under section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act on the aggregate amount of compensation, which includes excess amount of compensation + 12% component + 30% solatium from the date of the Award.
3. With the modification as above, the impugned judgment and order passed by the learned District Judge-3, Beed dated 20.04.2015, the review applications are allowed to the extent as above.

The Consent Terms/Minutes of the order is signed by the Mr. Shinde, Advocate for the review applicants and Mr. Phule, AGP for the respondents. The same is taken on record and marked- 'X' for identification. 5.
