The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representative of deceased appellant No.5 Gangadhar Kerba Ingole, who admittedly died on 3rd December 2022, by condoning the delay of 355 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer
