Mr. S.K. Kadam, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 informs that the process of election has already commenced and has reached at the stage of submitting nomination forms of the election of respondent no.5 - APMC. 2.

The State Government has already appointed Government Officer as an Administrator on respondent no. 5 - APMC.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to restrain the government till the completion of election process for carrying out any change in the configuration of the Administrator on

the respondent no. 5 - APMC without prior permission of this Court. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
