The petitioner has filed a re-joinder affidavit dated 10.1.2018, stating in paragraph No.3 that this petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to run the liquor shop in the old premises belonging to Kashinath Tukaram Helambe, in the event of any change in the policy of the Government with regard to operating / vending liquor in Cl-III licensed shop.

The learned AGP submits that if there is any change in policy, the petitioner will have to approach the appropriate authority and such a representation / application would be considered by the appropriate authority strictly in accordance with the Rules and the policy applicable at the relevant time.
