Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the Writ Petition Stamp No.17683/2023 was dismissed for non-removal of office objections by order dated 25/09/2023, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). It is his further submission that since no notice was issued to the respondents in the petition, his application can be decided in their absence.

Learned Counsel for applicants/ petitioners undertakes to remove office objections within one week from today. 3.

Undertaking is accepted and the Writ Petition Stamp No.17683/2023 stands restored to its file at its original stage by condoning delay in filing of this application. 4.

If the objections are not removed within one week, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.
