The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that since the Petitioner has already tendered a grievance application dated 01.02.2019, to the Grievance Redressal Committee under section 79 of the Maharashtra Non Agricultural Universities Act. The same may be decided within 30 days, since it is pending for more than 4 years and 5 months. The learned Advocate for the University submits that this Court may grant a reasonable period. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Grievance Redressal Committee of the Respondent University, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and without
