This is an application seeking amendment. Heard Mr. Thombare, the learned counsel for the non applicant. The learned counsel opposes the application. The writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.
