This civil application has been filed for recalling the order dated 23rd February, 2016 passed by this Court issuing bailable warrant to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad is present before this Court. Learned Counsel appearing for the Chief Executive Officer - applicant submits that, inadvertently, the notice received by the office was not placed before the said Officer.

2367.16ca In the circumstances, the order dated 23rd February, 2016 to the extent of issuing bailable warrant to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, stands recalled and cancelled.

Application is allowed accordingly and stands disposed of.
