Mr.Dhorde, learned Senior counsel opposes the application on the ground that the matter is already admitted and the said amendment is not relevant. The same would be on a different cause of action. The amendment seeks to bring on record subsequent events. Even otherwise, the Respondents will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In light of that, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out within one

week. The Civil Application stands disposed of. 4.
