The petitioner is seeking tribe certificate in form 'C'. He claims to have submitted online application on 12.09.2024 and even having surrendered the original tribe certificate in correct form with the office of respondent/competent authority on 09.09.2024. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to verify the genuineness of the tribe certificate furnished by the petitioner and confirming that within a week, issue him a certificate in Form 'C' within 2 weeks thereafter.
