This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2. The statutory appeal is filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation. Appellant No.2 has expired during the pendency of the appeal on 26/11/2020. The applicants/appellants have prayed for condonation of delay in bringing on record legal representatives of appellant No.2 and for substituting their names. The applicants/appellants submits that they are the agriculturists and were not able to take steps immediately for bringing legal representatives of appellant No.2 on record. It is

7054.23ca (2) submitted that the delay caused is unintentional and needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the civil application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed. The legal representatives of appellant No.2 are permitted to be brought on record within a period of two weeks. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
