ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would restrict the present petition to the extent that respondent No.3 be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner not to extend width of the road without due process of law.

Learned A.G.P. waives notices for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that the Collector would decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In light of that, if the representation of the petitioner (page 102) is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits after considering all the relevant aspects of the matter preferably within four months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
