The petitioner, who already possesses a tribe certificate in incorrect form, is seeking the correct one. He submitted the application with respondent - the competent authority on 23.12.2024 and states to have even surrender the original certificate. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the sole respondent - the Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed to consider the petitioner's application and issue a fresh tribe certificate in correct form 'C' as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within two (02) weeks.
