This application is for condonation of delay of 159 days for taking LR's of deceased Meerabai/appellant, on record. 2.

Heard learned counsel for both sides. Considering the reasons 916.ca3975.20.odt

mentioned for the delay caused in preferring the application, there is no deliberate or intentional act on the part of the LR's of the deceased to bring themselves on record in case of deceased/appellant. 3.

Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. If amendment is carried out, place the matter for admission on 12th February, 2024.
