These are the applications by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. In Civil Application No. 10279/2019 in First Appeal No. 2888/2018 and connected matters arising out of the same award/judgment, the claimants therein have been allowed to withdraw 75 % of the amount. In turn that order was passed in accordance with the Civil Application No. 13564/2018 in First Appeal No. 4416/2017 dated 01.11.2018. 2.

The applications are allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75 % of the amount, 50 % by furnishing undertaking in usual terms and 25 % by furnishing solvent security. ( MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ) mkd 1/1
