1) Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, makes statement that he wants to withdraw the application. This Court has expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

2) Direction is given to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the case and in any case within 6 months from the date of receipt of the order provided the accused cooperates. Liberty is there to the applicant after six months to come to this Court again.
