Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of Chhatrapti Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojna-2017 by virtue of which the petitioner is entitled for waiver of the loan. The learned counsel submits that the respondent-Bank is required to take up the cause of the petitioner and forward the correct proposal.

The learned counsel for respondent no.5 submits that there is short claim/incorrect amount of debt waiver after haircut received in the 18th Green list, therefore allotment is cancelled and petitioner did not get benefit of the said scheme. The learned counsel on instructions submits that

(2) 965-wp-3017-2020 respondent no.5 would tally account details of the petitioner and forward it to the Government vis-avis benefit to be given to the petitioner. The State has also filed affidavit to the effect that the scheme is not yet closed.

In light of the above, the respondent-Bank shall forward the details as per the procedure to the Government for the benefit under Chhatrapti Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojna-2017 qua the petitioner within 15 days. On receipt of the same, the Government shall consider it and take necessary decision in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably before closure of the scheme, as it is submitted that scheme is not yet closed.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
