Though the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant (Cross Objector) submits that copies of the cross objection were given to the other side, the Ofce had raised the objection for non-supply of the copies and the matter came to be listed before the learned Registrar (Judicial). He failed to point out the said fact. Under such circumstance, the registration was refused. It is further submitted that there is delay in fling application for restoration. The delay of 71 days is unintentional. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicant is unable to point out the acknowledgment, however, the learned Advocate for the original appellant / respondent no.1 is accepting the fact that he
